· Supervised the patent departments of NYNEX and Bell Atlantic corporations.

 

· Negotiated and prepared patent, copyright, and technology licenses.

 

· In charge of intellectual property issues ranging from infringement allegations (defensive and offensive), patentability studies, identification of patentable subject matter, patent prosecution, training employees in intellectual property matters, negotiating intellectual property agreements, and generally handling intellectual property issues for NYNEX and Bell Atlantic.

 

· Managed the Technology Intellectual Property Department at Verizon, including patent prosecution, contract drafting and negotiations, training, licensing, and infringement issues.
