Associate:  Law degree and undergraduate
                      degree in electrical engineering,
                      computer science, chemical 
                      engineering or biology required.  
                      Patent prosecution experience 
                      preferred.

Patent Agent:  Admission to U.S. Patent Bar and
                            undergraduate degree in electrical 
                            engineering, computer science, 
                            chemical engineering or biology 
                            required.

Technical Specialist:  Undergraduate degree in 
                            electrical engineering or computer 
                            science with relevant industry 
                            experience, a strong desire to 
                            take the U.S. Patent Bar and/or 
                            attend law school, and superior 
                            academic credentials required.
